George Brauchler

In Part 1 of this two-part series, George Brauchler, the Republican nominee for Colorado Attorney General, details his plans to assist rural communities by having his operation establish satellite offices so District Attorneys will have local assistance from the State. Brauchler also focuses on the need to curb Black Market marijuana sales, opioid distribution, and heroin trafficking. He also describes the problem landscaping and construction contractor scams gouging Colorado’s most susceptible residents.

In Part 2 of this two-part series, George Brauchler, the Republican nominee for Colorado Attorney General, details what he sees as the positive aspects of the American justice system. His only criticism focuses on what he believes is the need for more transparency in U.S. courtrooms. He proposes remedying this by installing cameras in courtrooms so constituents can monitor cases of interest and view the work of judges they are asked to evaluate at the ballot box. Brauchler addresses issues related to gun violence and considers “Red Flag” legislative proposals that temporary limit people with mental illness from possessing and purchasing weapons.
